By accessing or using GiftCardAnything, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Service Description
GiftCardAnything provides a platform for creating, customizing, and sending digital gift cards for personalized gifts, experiences, and monetary contributions. We are not responsible for the fulfillment of the gifts themselves—only the delivery of the digital gift card.
Pricing and Payment
Our pricing structure is as follows:
- $1.99 per gift card created and sent
- Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider
- All sales are final—no refunds after a gift card has been sent
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating gift cards
- Not use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
- Honor the commitments made in the gift cards you create
- Not create fraudulent or misleading gift cards
Redemption and Fulfillment
When a gift card is redeemed, we notify the sender. The fulfillment of the gift (experiences, monetary amounts, favors, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the sender. GiftCardAnything is not liable for non-fulfillment of gifts.
Limitation of Liability
GiftCardAnything shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
